REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing The Busy Dad for your training plans, coaching, and community membership. We aim to provide high-quality content and support for busy parents, athletes, and professionals.

Because our products are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, please read our refund policy carefully.


1. Digital Products (Training Plans, Templates, Guides)

All digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

This includes:

  • Training plans

  • PDFs

  • Templates

  • Guides

  • Downloads

  • Mini-blocks

  • Race tools

Once access is provided, we cannot revoke the digital product, therefore no refunds are available.


2. Membership Subscriptions (Free Community & The Busy Dad Training Club)

You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

Membership Refund Policy:

  • No partial or prorated refunds for unused time

  • No refunds for monthly or annual payments once processed

  • Cancelling stops future renewals, not current access

  • You retain access until your billing period ends

This policy keeps the system fair for all users and ensures sustainability.


3. Executive & Endurance Coaching Services

Coaching services involve time, planning, and personalised guidance.
As such:

Refund Policy for Coaching:

  • All coaching fees are non-refundable once the month begins

  • No refunds for missed sessions

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice

  • If you choose to stop coaching, your plan continues until the end of the paid term

  • No partial refunds for unfinished coaching cycles


4. Training Camps, Events & Workshops (Future)

For future in-person or virtual events hosted by The Busy Dad:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Event fees are refundable only if cancellation occurs 30+ days before the event

  • Within 30 days, no refunds are provided

  • If we cancel an event, a full refund is issued automatically


5. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error:

6. Duplicate Payments

If you are accidentally charged twice for the same product or membership, you will receive a full refund for the duplicate charge only.


7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card provider, you agree to contact us directly to resolve the issue.

We will work with you to investigate and address any concerns.
